I use Emacs in a text window (-nw) and just wanted to share that I really like that there is both the yank and the middle mouse button ways to paste content into my files. There is something really there that is interesting.

I have 4 Emacs text windows right now, each of them on a different virtual desktop, and I can kill (C-k) and yank (C-y) text between these windows.

Also, I have Firefox and Opera running, and often will copy a URL and paste it into one of these text Emacs windows.

It just seems very interesting to me that I have these two ways to move text around, and I think that my situation, where I live inside of -nw text Emacs windows makes this possible. I haven't quite figured out how to describe it, but I use it constantly.

It's like having two different cut and paste buffers.
